SWEET CHRISTMAS BAKING MIX

Our New Year’s Baking Mix in a glass bottle, made with spelt flour, buckwheat flour, dried fruit flour, chocolate chips and almond flakes, brings the taste of holidays, warmth of home and a sense of celebration into your kitchen – in every bite.

The glass bottle keeps all the natural ingredients fresh and fragrant, with no need for preservatives or artificial additives – so every muffin or cookie is both delicious and a “cleaner” choice for your family and guests.

Inside each bottle you’ll find carefully measured ingredients –
spelt flour, buckwheat flour, dried fruit flour, chocolate chips, almond flakes, gentle spices and a pinch of sea salt – with no artificial colours, flavour enhancers or unnecessary additives.
Preparation Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk two eggs, then add one cup of yogurt and half a cup of oil of your choice. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix well.

Pour the mixture into muffin molds.

You can use butter instead of oil, milk or plant-based milk instead of yogurt, and you can also add fruit pieces or jam if desired.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–30 minutes.From one bottle you get:

  • around 12 soft, moist and beautifully fragrant festive muffins, or

  • approximately 20 delicate cookies that combine fruity richness, chocolate chunks and a mild nutty note of almonds.
