The price shall be in RSD and inclusive of any VAT.
The price shall be exclusive of the costs of delivery, which shall be set forth in the Order Form and Invoice.
Any additional costs incurred as a result of payment by bank transfer or payment slip, shall be exclusive of the price.

The purchase shall be deemed concluded after the order has been placed by the Buyer.
Should the Buyer decide to pay by bank transfer or payment slip, the Seller shall send the confirmation of the Agreement via e-mail. However, the delivery shall be made only after the payment has been received by the Seller.

The Buyer shall have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery.

If the Buyer decides to cancel the order, they may do so by sending the completed Cancellation Form to the Seller’s e-mail address [email protected].

The Cancellation Form together with the confirmation of the successful purchase shall be delivered to you both by e-mail and in written form on delivery.

In the event of agreement termination the Buyer shall immediately and at the latest within 14 days following the cancelation return the goods undamaged and packed to the Seller and shall also bear all costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

If the Buyer fails to return the goods, the Buyer is to pay the goods or a part thereof which they are unable to return.
Within 14 days following the cancellation, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the purchase price which may be reduced by the costs or value the Buyer is obliged to bear.

The delivery time is between two and five business days after the payment has been received by the Seller.

The goods are delivered within the Republic of Serbia without Kosovo and Metohija.

Delivery shall be made in line with the terms of service of the courier company, “AKS EXPRESS KURIR”, and shall be deemed completed upon the delivery of the goods to the courier company.

The Buyer shall inspect the package contents immediately upon receipt and shall notify, without delay, the complaints department in the event of any irregularities. The Seller shall not accept any subsequent claims for any transport damage not so notified.

The Buyer is entitled to claims and return of goods when delivered goods have not been ordered, the goods are expired, faulty or damaged and if such faults and damages have not been caused by transport.

If the Buyer’s claim has been approved by the Seller, the Seller shall replace the goods or refund the full amount within 15 days from the receipt of the claim.

If the Seller does not approve of the claim, he shall notify the Buyer thereof within 15 days from the receipt of the claim.

If the claim is justified, the Seller shall bear all the expenses of the replacement of the goods.
