Gingerbread Cookie Mix

Preparation Instructions

Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and mix the dry ingredients.
Add to the dry mix:

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 120 g butter

  • 100 g honey

Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
Let the dough rest briefly (10–15 minutes).

Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 6–8 mm, cut out cookies using your preferred molds, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10–15 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the cookies.
